性能與特點(diǎn)
·系統(tǒng)設(shè)有電磁閥可加裝氣動(dòng)調(diào)壓閥，對(duì)氣源進(jìn)行精確控制，與潤(rùn)滑液充分混合霧化，減少機(jī)械*之損耗，冷卻潤(rùn)滑效果更佳。
·a .數(shù)顯控制：冷卻潤(rùn)滑時(shí)間和間歇時(shí)間均可調(diào)整。（內(nèi)般有鎖鍵功能，可鎖定設(shè)置后的潤(rùn)滑和間歇系統(tǒng)時(shí)固可設(shè)定，“L U B"潤(rùn)滑時(shí)：也設(shè)有斷電記憶功能，如工作時(shí)間設(shè)定1 6秒工作到1 4秒斷電了，下次通電可以繼續(xù)按1 4秒開(kāi)始計(jì)時(shí) 1 -9 9 9（秒），“INT"間歇：1 - 9 9 9（秒）特殊要求可定制
·b . P L C控制：冷卻潤(rùn)滑時(shí)間和間歇時(shí)間由外部P L C控制
·c .無(wú)控制：冷卻潤(rùn)滑時(shí)和間歇時(shí)間無(wú)需控制
·設(shè)有液位開(kāi)關(guān)、當(dāng)冷卻潤(rùn)滑液不足時(shí)蜂鳴器會(huì)發(fā)出報(bào)警信號(hào)、并將異常信號(hào)輸出。（數(shù)顯控制器液位不足顯示E R O )。
·面板指示燈可顯示出潤(rùn)滑和間歇狀態(tài)

Performance and Characteristics
