　　QH系列生產線我公司研發部根據市場對凝膠軟糖多種形狀,多種顏色的需求，采用*的生產工藝研制而成的。他是一種連續生產高級膠體糖果的理想設備。可生產高品質的單色，雙色糖。也可通過更換模具或者澆注頭生產出高品質，多種形狀，多種顏色的凝膠軟糖。在線完成香精色素酸液的定量加注混合；高度自動化生產不僅能生產出質量穩定的產品，還能節省人力和占用空間，從而降低成本。

　　凝膠軟糖生產線--工藝流程：

　　溶糖→過濾→熬糖→冷卻→加添加劑→澆注成型→冷卻→脫膜→烘房→包裝→裝箱
